How do I catch the floating book in Dragon Age 2?

In Dragon Age II there is a book flying around in the Night Terrors quest in Act 2, how do I catch it??

The floating book follows a set path, stopping every once in a while. Watch it make a few rounds, learning where it stops then go stand nearby and wait for it to approach and stop again. Now just try to click it as fast as you can before it flies away.

This takes a few tries, but it's not that bad.
