In Final Fantasy X, what is the best strategy to win against Cactaurs?

The only way to really defeat a Cactuar in FFX is to have high Speed and Hit percentages. Those guys are fast and love to counter with 1000/10000 Needles. You want to use stat-boosting spells with your weaker characters until you can hit it hard enough to kill it in as few hits as possible with the stronger ones.
