If you're talking about the last joker stealth mission when joker has talia then use these tips 1. If two snipers are prowling hang on edge then takedown one drop down turn corner grapple up then takedown 2. Throwing smoke bombs before going in is very usefull REMBER throw smoke bombs not dropping them 3. If you have the line launcher tight rope upgrade then jump on tipe rope and glide bomb down use smoke bomb and take them out 4. If 2 snipers are together use the double takedown probably easiest way 5. The riddler challenge maps are also a good way to get practice on stealth WARNING only predator maps
