Notification of cancelled Trion Worlds order email?

Got the following email today:

In reference to order #*******, there was a problem processing that order and it was cancelled. Please attempt your order again or contact customer service at  **(link edited out in case its a scam)** for further assistance regarding this matter.

anyone know what it means? is it a phishing scam?

Just received confirmation - this email is legitimate but currently being sent in error (it seems too many people are trying to play RIFT )
