how do you do an air throw in Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition?

looking for air throwing guide for  super street fighter 4 3d edition for the nintendo 3ds thanks

Only some characters have an air throw like Guile, Vega, Chun li for example. In order to actually do the air throw, jump and push both light attack buttons (Y & B) at the same time while your opponent and you are both jumping and near each other.
