are the items in team fortress 2 that you can only buy?

Using real money, the only things i know are Hats. Sold at around $5.00 each they are addicting. I have none and though i really want one, you get addicted easily. Unless you can control yourself, dont buy them because $5.00 can turn into $30.00 (which is a lot in this economy)
