Diablo III help I am stuck in Retrieving Hero List!

Question

trying to log to Diablo 3

but it keeps getting stuck on "Retrieving Hero List"

I have been trying to log in several times but no use!

anyone else?

me too, and then it tells me "You were disconnected from the service" (error 3007)

yeah and now it is telling me "Battle.net is down for maintenance. Please Try Again Later (Error 33)"
