Have you correctly installed the sims 3 generations.

If so enter Late night game disc. I have the game and it should make you enter the sims 3 generations. Unfortunately, this is what happened to my old computer. My computer disc insert drive had broken. Do cd's work on your computer....it may be that your computer has a broken disc drive(easily fixed).

BUT FIRST CHECK THAT THE SIMS 3 GENERATIONS IS COMPLETELY INSTALLED AND CORRECTLY ...and it should work. What is the prosess that you do before it says that?
