I'm having the same problem :(
I tried copying the TS3W and TSLhost.dll and its still not working?
Any other suggestions?

Install the sims 3 generations...when you install it, copy TS3W and TSLHost.dll, and paste it to program files/electronic arts/the sims 3 (not the sims 3 generations)..it works
