Nothing really happens. You can still continue the game. If you are trying to get 5 stars on each case for the Shamus to the Stars Achievement, you will have to redo the case. No biggie. Just go down to "Cases" in the main menu and select the case you want to do again. For help with getting 5 stars on the Golden Butterfly, follow this guide.
