No, you need to pass the river at the first ford. It's where you encounter the dwarf wwho wants to capture you, where theres a big cliff sticking out of the ground. After you crossed the river there is a narrow cliff-path on the right. You will be attacked by Harpies. Follow the path and jump over the crevases and you are there.
