how to craft fancy fredora in TF2?

anyone know how to craft the fancy fredora in tf2? im trying to get it and i end up  with pocket medic or the french man´s beret help me!

While you cannot directly craft it, when crafting 3 pieces of refined metal, you get a random hat or misc. Please note that not all hats/miscs apply to this. The wiki should tell you which ones are craftable. Also, rebuilding 2 "Headgear" (hats or miscs) gives you a random hat or misc. This is done by placing 2 hats or miscs to get a new one in the crafting area. (a great way to get rid of hated hats!)
