terraria what does this error mean no suitable graphics card found

when i launch terraria i get

terraria

no suitable graphics card found

could not find a Direct3D device that supports the XNA framework Reach profile

verify that a suitable graphics devince is installed.

Make sure the desktop is not locked, and that no other application is running in full screen mode.

Avoid running under Remote Desktop or as a windows service

check the display properties to make sure hardware acceleration is set to Full.

i get that same error, its something with the game.

i get the same error :S, i heard you need DirextX 9 . and i do have Dirextx9.0c ! so i don't get why it happens
