this usually means you haven't payed for the game yet.

Well, I DOWNLOADED it. I logged in, and it said "User Not Premium"...Does this mean I have to pay to play, even if I downloaded it?!?!

you are unable to play multiplayer if that message pops up.

It often means that you havnt payed it so if u can just play the demo

 

Honestly I think it realy stupid because you've already Downloaded it.
