After you find all the Seven Sages you go to the P2 labratory and he's inside the lab...
AND HE WILL BATTLE YOU AGAIN!!!!! You have to be prepared. Oh, and you find the seven sages in the Dreamyard, ChargeStone Cave, Cold Storage, Abundant Shrine, Route 18, Relic Castle, and... I FORGET, ANYWAY FIND THE LAST ANSWER OUT YOURSELF!!! :)
