The best ending is to charge Eli even though all evidence points to Muller because everyone is warped and wants Eli charged because he's a paedophile and charging Muller would leave an orphaned child. The case will only award five stars for charging Eli. Note : the murderer in the opening cut scene appears to be Eli wearing the clothes found on him, yet the coveralls are the apparent clothes worn at the scene.

Not all the evidence.  I thought they were going to do the same thing at first with "popular arrest vs correct arrest" as well but there is one piece of evidence that actually has a tangible difference, and everyone seems to miss the one clue that proves which one of them it is.


Both of them have reasons for EM initials on overalls, both use the same style knot, but the real thing is with their feet.


Both have a size 8 shoe, however they don't wear the same exact shoe.  Everyone always sees the sizes and forget entierly about the actual footprint.  Try comparing Hugo's shoe with what you see in the mold and what you see on the body, along with the trail of footprints.

That being said, oh man is this one evil case as far as evidence goes.
