From what i have deduced, while they are awaiting youre response, look for things like figiting and not making eye contact. If they very subtle in this, accusing them of of a lie almost always results in an incorrect question.

This part of the game doesnt seem to have a real rhyme or reason, otherwise i completley suck at reading virtual people.

In "Buyers Remorse" the game tries to teach you how to read the suspects tell, but in the end i think its just suposed to be a guessing game.
