As many as you like. The save system works just like Mass Effect 2. I racked up numerous saves, myself. It also separates saves between different characters (if for example you playthrough once as a mage and once as a rogue.)

That's not true.. I just tried to make a new character in Dragon Age 2, and it said i can't have anymore saved games..
