Sadly no, trust me i've tried. The only way to get it is to ask someone to give it to you. Or like the other person said, "Buy it off someone". I would not recomend to cheat, most likely because Nintendo just released an article saying that they can "brick" your system for cheating and/or hacking.

If any one has the liberty pass, and willing to give it to us, we would be greatly appreaciated. :)
