I want to sell my Portal 2 activation code for TF2 items

I want to sell my Portal 2 steam activation code(that i got from the PS3 version) for TF2 items on SPUF, but in order to sell it to someone i will need their steam ID to activate the game and link the PSN account with their steam account. I don't want people to think i'm scamming them and stealing their account but i really do want to sell it. What should i do?
