can you play individual portal 2 levels after completing the game?

Yes. After at least beating a chamber you can go back to it. Beating the game allows you to go back to all chambers (but if you beat for example 7 test chambers, you can go and play test chambers 1-7 if you liked them and dont want to do 8 yet)
