I understand they are busy and everything with the launch coming soon, but I opened the ticket about a real problem with redeeming my preorder, and it got a canned response explaing the early game access process which shows they never even read my ticket! I opened a new ticket, and got the SAME response. Anyone been able to get a real reponse from them or do they automatically copy and past the same answer to every email. I hope customer support will improve if they want the game to succeed beucase I for once am very upset with it. Of they say Galactic Support is their speciality they should at least bother to READ THE TICKETS before replying!!

Early Game Access may begin up to five days prior to the official release of Star Wars: The Old Republic and end on the the official December 20th, 2011 release date. The amount of early access time you receive will depend on how early you burn your Pre-Order Code at our Code Redemption Centre at: http://www.swtor.com/preorder/code.
If you redeem your pre-order code as early as possible you will have higher priority on when you enter into the Early Access period.
