Red Perk on XBox360 in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I was level 57 on my two-handed perk and now its red and at level 25. I've tried curing diseases in every way possible but it's still there. I don't have anything on me but my two-handed perk stays red and at 25!!!!!!!

sounds like a glitch

try parying in statue in dragonsreach I've heard that fixed it for some?

or try leveling up the perk and see if it goes away
