I found the problem dude It happend to me today it took me 1 min to understand wtf i did Okay now im gonna help you to make it again the way it was normal High quality all you have to do is go to call of duty modern warfare 3 options go video resolution its say to you "640" Change that to 1280-1024 And thats it Isnt a big deal. Hope that it help u :)
