who do people keep killing me in skyrim?

Vampire maybe, if you've fought vampires you may have contracted the vampire disease dont know what the cure quest in Skyrim is but try using a cure disease potion

well crap I got the same problem I know it's vampire disease because my freakin blood burns in the sun.

I still have yet to find a cure and I've killed 2 dragons looking for another ATM. I need something to take my frustration out on... lol.

here little draggy, draggy... In between dragon killing I hang out in dank musty caves and caverns... but can't advance the story much until I get these moron villagers to stop killing me.

Sounds like your a level 4 vampire (makes your powers stronger but appear more like a vampire) what you have to do is sneak into a house and when someone is sleeping you feed on there blood crouch down like your gonna pickpocket them and you should see "feed" that will being you down back to level 1 vamp (weaker powers but appear normal)
