can you remove a godstone in Aion? and how?

Yes and no. You CAN remove Godstones, but they will be destroyed in the process so you will not get them back.

In order to destroy a Godstone and free up the socket on a weapon you must take it to the Godstone enchanter in Sanctum / Pandaemonium.
