the elder scrolls v skyrim there is an arrow stuck in my character how do i make it go away?

Feel the same It has happend to me to! mine is stuck in my shoulder! its anoyning coz it flicks and wobbels about all the time and does my headin! Ive tried all the sulltions like changing into a werewolf (but i cant coz im not a vampire) and people said it aint work, gender change doesnt work sleeping doesnt work!! I dunno
