skyrim why do people keep telling my character that I look sick or that I am ill?

If it's just a FIXed expression, it will save me to running back home to sleep after every events.

Its a glitch in the game, no matter what you do they will say that anyway. With such a massive world, you can't expect the game to be perfect. Some small things like that slip through the cracks.

It is because you are actually sick on the game. Check the magic section, active spells or something like that, and there you can check what skills you´ve got active on you, good ones and bad ones.

You can be healed by taking a potion or going to a temple
