skyrim stuck at wagon in the beginning?

cant get out of carriage at the beginning with all the prisoners

HELP?

I was able to get out of the carriage, but then it stuck at the execution.  The wagons crashed into the walls and stuff at the beginning, maybe the sequence got off-track.  I read somewhere that a major patch is being released on the 28th of November, so I guess we'll just have to wait until then to play the game.  I'm calling customer support right now actually, maybe they'll have something useful to say.
