what does it mean in skyrim that I contracted Ataxia?

in elder scroll v skyrim was fighitng a skeever in the ratways below Riften and it says I contracted Ataxia? what does that mean?

Ataxia is one of the many deseases you can contract in the game. Ataxia in particular will reduce your lockpicking and pickpocketing skills by 25%. To cure it either use a potion of cure desease or pray at any altar of the devines.

It means you've penetrated an unclean woman. You must immediately shun the fairer sex and contact the red cross for quarantining.
