some woman in winterhold sold me a coral dragonclaw for 50 gold

I am not sure if I was scammed or if its good for anything?

anyone know?

you use the dragon coral claw to unlock a door in the Yngol Barrow dungeon SE of Winterhold

Yngol Barrows is an ice filled tomb located North-East of Windhelm bordering the river. It contains Draugr corpses and adept level chests. This area also requires the Coral Dragon Claw purchased from Birna (shopkeeper in Winterhold for 50 gold).
