is resto shaman mastery good?

I don't think it makes a very big impact, i've heard some people complain about it. Sorry im not much help, i don't heal.

i generally say its not too good since shamans don't have as much mana as other healing classes which gives you a disadvantage

I have just as much mana, if not more, than the other healers I raid with.

It's getting buffed in 4.1 and you should consider getting some Mastery Rating at that time.
