Ustengrav Depths Gate Puzzle Solutions?

Question

Doing the quest: Horn of the Jurgen Windcaller  to prove to the greybeards that I am a dragonborn.

they sent me to Ustengrav to get some stupid horn

but I cannot get the horn

because there are 3 doors/portcullis in front of me

there are also 3 stones but when I use them to open the gates they close before I can go through

there is no way to solve this puzzle

what should i do? can I maybe buy some fake horn at a shop somewhere and tell teh greybeard that its the windcaller horn or can they tell the difference?
