skyrim how do you respec?

I want to respec my character in Elder Scrolls V Skyrim and choose different perks.

How do I do that?

(in other words you cant do it. you make a new game)

you have to do it manually removing the old one and adding the one you wanted

ingame press tilde button to open the console ` it's above your left tab.

then type addperk (perk id number) or removeperk (perk id)

you can find the perk id numbers on uesp.net under skills.
