preordered game in steam library?

Question

i'm just wondering because its the first time i have preordered a game. itit so that you can see the game in your steam library and you can do nothing with it, or is it supposed to show a button? in this case im talking about skyrim.

Yeah it will just sit in your game library

A few days before Skyrim comes out there should be an option to Preload it into your computer

Then on release date it will activate
