Streaming on JTV is already pretty easy, just need a webcam

Streaming console games is another thing, you'll need a capture card and a very fast connection to keep the quality good

Streaming PC games you won't need a capture card, can probobly use an emulated webcam program like webcam max or something, but you'd still need a decent computer to keep up fps and a fast connection

If you're talking about streaming your desktop, then the easiest software is XSplit (http://www.xsplit.com/). It's easy to get up and running and uses the least resources. That being said, you still probably want a triple or quad core in order to stream smoothly.

Use a webcam, or use gamecam or something.

For streaming PC games, I recommend using XFire; it is an in game overlay which many people use as an alternative to Steam and gives the ability to stream or record video within a game, save screenshots, interact with friends or use a web browser in game. It also allows you to track the amount of time you spend playing each game.
