Will the bata versen 1.9 have the Aether?

OMG! I heasd that Minecaft pre-reliese came out! Too bad I am horrible at downloading things. I will just have to wait. So, i heard that there is gonna be some interesting things for 1.9, including baby animals, glass bottles, enchanting, inchanting sword, repairing items, and destructive snow, but what about THE AETHER!!!!

I think that Notch has cut me off because he now put in people in 1.9, witch is sweet, but I want the Aether! I heard so much about it and I kept trying to downloading the stupid mods but it dosen't work. The texture pack dose not work either. I want to know when the Aether will come out so I can MURDER SOME ZEFFARS!!!! And some bad things in awesome dongeons.
